The Basic plan includes a 3-day free trial: your card is collected by Stripe on the web, or by Apple or Google Play in the app, you pay nothing for 3 days, and on day 3 it converts to $30/month automatically. Yes — upgrade or downgrade between Basic, Pro and Premium from your profile at any time, and the new limits apply right away. Your watches, Telegram setup, and alert history carry over.
Yes. If you subscribed on the web, manage billing from your profile; if you subscribed in the app, cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Either way you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and cancelling a Basic trial before it converts avoids any charge.
